This patient had a retained baby tooth until the age of 40 at which stage it began to loosen and fell out. He decided to follow the route of the least invasive option and opted for an adhesive bridge which we carried out with no anaesthetic or tooth preparation. This non-invasive method in certain situations is a very predictable method of replacing single teeth especially at the front of the mouth. You can see that the tooth was contoured to match into his existing smile and to maintain the same spacing as his other teeth.
